Steven’s Story

Husband, Father, Life Strategist to elite level professionals

I went from success to losing everything, including financial stability, physical and emotional well being and even a few people along the way. Ultimately, I managed to not only navigate my way through a long and often tortuously difficult period of my life that spanned many years but, I went on to learning and practising ways which would help me create a thriving and deeply fulfilling life.

My perspective on the true nature of ultimate success began to shift after experiencing a near death event. That life transforming event gave me a number of deeply profound realisation.

  1. The most important, impactful, complex and longest relationship I will ever have in my life is the relationship I have with myself.

  2. The quality, depth and strength of that relationship is the foundation upon which every aspect of my life is built.

  3. Most of what we've been led to believe about how to genuinely implement lasting change is not entirely accurate and often is the direct opposite to how things natural operate in a real sense.

I now draw on my extensive personal and professional experience and expertise to help people take the most direct path from where they are to where they would prefer to be in almost every area of life.

Michelle’s Story

Wife, Mother, Educator, Author

Despite achieving professional success there were areas of my life that I felt dissatisfied with and that dissatisfaction permeated my entire life. I realised that my single-minded approach to success caused me to neglect other very important areas in my life. I had convinced myself that I had little of value to offer. The truth was that I was capable of so much more (as we all are). By holding myself to a higher set of standards, re-integrating and honouring critical aspects of my life, I was able to rebuild my relationship with myself and achieve things I did not think were possible.

My personal transformation began with my physical health. After a diagnosis of an autoimmune disease following the birth of my daughter, I did my research ( a lot of research) and over time I found what worked for me. When nourished, and given what it needs to function efficiently, the body has an innate ability to heal itself. Herein lies the key though - we must nourish all aspects of ourselves to truly experience a sense of wholeness, contentment and freedom.
